The Inabah Proxy regular Umrah service (All year except the month of Ramadan) is performed on behalf of those physically incapable of performing it themselves, such as the sick and elderly, the deceased, and those in similar situations, by qualified agents, under the supervision of the General Secretariat of the International Union of Muslim Scouts.
