1. Registration on the Inabah Application or Website

When you register on the website or application, create or update your membership account, participate in competitions, subscribe to our mailing list, or use any other services, we and our third-party partners may collect the following information:

  • Visitors may browse the website without registering, but to access paid services, you must register and create your membership account by providing a username, email address, and password.
  • When setting up your membership account, you may be asked to provide additional data such as birthdate, service name, email address, gender, residential and mailing address, mobile number, nationality, ID number, passport details, and security question/answer.
  • If you choose to register via third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google), additional data made available by those platforms may be collected.
  • Payment details (e.g., credit card information, billing address). Note: we do not store credit card information after payment is processed.

  • Camera: To allow service providers to upload photos/videos documenting Umrah or Hajj-by-proxy
  • Gallery: To upload or share photos and videos
  • Microphone: To record and send voice messages during service stages
  • Mobile Data: To ensure connectivity between service provider, platform, and customer
  • Screen Lock Override: To prevent the app from closing during tasks
  • Notifications: To receive app messages

Note: Permissions may be changed in device settings, but doing so may cause the app to malfunction.
